Understanding My Bridal Packages
Designed for Simplicity, Clarity, and a Calm Wedding Morning
One of the biggest things I’ve learned over the years is this: brides don’t just want beautiful hair—they want clarity, ease, and to feel taken care of from the very beginning.
That’s exactly why I structure my bridal services the way I do.
I offer three all-inclusive packages designed to remove confusion, eliminate guesswork, and create a seamless experience from inquiry to wedding day. No à la carte menus. No hidden fees. No math at the end of a long planning day.
Just clear pricing, clear expectations, and a calm, supported wedding morning.
My Three Bridal Packages
Every wedding is different—so instead of overwhelming you with endless options, I’ve simplified everything into three intentional packages based on party size and timing.
The Becoming
Designed for smaller, more intimate mornings.
This package is perfect for:
Bride only
Bride + up to 5 additional services
It’s ideal for the bride who wants a calm, focused morning with a smaller group while still having a full luxury experience.
The Calm
My most popular package.
Designed for:
Bride + 6–7 additional services
This package is perfect for medium-sized bridal parties and balanced wedding timelines where we have a full, flowing morning but still keep everything relaxed and organized.
The Forever
Designed for larger wedding mornings and elevated support.
This package is for:
Bride + 8–9 additional services
The Forever is built for fuller timelines and larger bridal parties, and it includes a second stylist if one is available and the timeline requires it. This ensures the morning stays smooth, on time, and completely stress-free no matter the size of your group.
What Every Package Includes
Every bride receives the same elevated foundation experience, no matter which package she chooses:
Bridal hair preview appointment
Bridal prep kit (given at your trial in Brooklyn, Iowa)
150 miles round-trip travel included
On-location wedding day hairstyling
Timeline planning and communication leading up to your wedding
The prep kit is something I love including for every bride—it’s my way of supporting your hair health and preparation leading into your wedding day, and it’s given to you at your preview appointment so we can go over everything together.
Travel & Additional Fees
(kept simple and clear)
Travel is $1 per mile and applies ONLY when I’m traveling beyond 75 miles one way (150 miles round trip).
Hotel accommodations apply when:
Travel exceeds the included mileage, or
The start time is 7:30 AM or earlier
In these cases, a hotel stay is required so I’m nearby the morning of your wedding. This ensures I arrive on time, fully rested, and completely ready for you—creating peace of mind for both of us and removing any risk of travel delays or early morning stress.
These details are always clearly communicated upfront so there are no surprises later in the planning process.
Flexibility Within Your Package
Weddings evolve during the planning process—and I build my structure with that in mind.
If you don’t have all your details finalized yet, that is completely okay. We can always refine things together after booking.
A few things to know:
Additional styles can be added later
Packages can be upgraded if the timeline allows
Details can be finalized after your inquiry
My goal is never to lock you into something rigid—it’s to give you a strong, organized foundation that can flex as your plans come together.
Why I Don’t Offer À La Carte Services
I chose an all-inclusive structure very intentionally.
I didn’t want brides spending time on their phones or computers trying to calculate what their final total might be. I didn’t want hidden fees, unclear add-ons, or confusion at the inquiry stage.
Instead, I wanted something better:
A flat, transparent rate where you know exactly what you’re investing in from the start.
And beyond pricing, it creates something even more important—peace of mind.
When you inquire, everything is already outlined. No guessing. No surprise math. Just clarity.
A Note on Your Inquiry
If you don’t have every detail figured out yet, that’s completely normal.
Your inquiry form is simply the starting point—we can always finalize details together after you reach out. This process is meant to feel supportive, not overwhelming.
Why This Matters
At the end of the day, my job is not just about hairstyling.
It’s about setting the tone for your entire wedding morning.
I’m often one of the first vendors you see on your wedding day, and I take that role seriously. My goal is to bring calm, organization, and confidence into your space so you can actually enjoy the morning you’ve been dreaming about.
If you’re in the process of planning your wedding, my hope is that this gives you a clear understanding of how my packages are structured and what you can expect when working with me.
Everything I do is designed to keep your experience simple, transparent, and calm—from the first inquiry to the final touch on your wedding day.
If you have questions or want help deciding which package is the best fit, I’m always happy to walk through it with you. 🤍
XOXO,
Stacia
